Goal

Answer the same “how much?” and “how do I book?” comments instantly, at any hour, and keep a record of who asked.

Step 1 of 4 · Trigger

A follower comments your chosen keyword (for example “PRICE”) on a post or reel.

What you set up

Pick one short keyword and put it in the post caption: “Comment PRICE and we’ll send details.”

Watch for

Comments with typos or emoji do not match unless you allow variations.

Choose a keyword and a post
Start with one post that already gets questions. One keyword is easier to maintain than five.
Prepare the destination
Make sure the page the DM links to loads fast on mobile and says what happens next.
Build the flow in Manychat
Create a comment-triggered automation, select the post, add the keyword, and write the DM with one button.
Add a human fallback
Include a line like “Reply here if you have a question and a person will answer.” and make sure someone checks the inbox.
Test with a second account
Comment from an account that is not an admin. Check the public reply, the DM and the link.
Review after a week
Count comments, DMs delivered and bookings. Adjust the keyword and message from real behaviour.
