A visitor submits name, email, budget range and a short description.

What you set up

Send the form as JSON to an n8n webhook URL. Add a honeypot field and a spam check.

Watch for

Open webhooks get spammed. Validate input and add a secret or Turnstile check.

Write your qualification rules
Decide which answers make a lead a priority. Keep it to three or four rules you can explain.
Create the Airtable table
Add fields for contact, message, score, summary, source and status.
Build the webhook and validation
Use a Webhook node, then checks for a valid email, message length and honeypot field.
Add scoring and the optional summary
Use a Code or Set node for rule-based scoring. If you add a model, send it only the message text.
Write the record and alert
Create the Airtable row, then send the Telegram message with a link to it.
Test with bad data
Submit empty fields, long text, fake emails and a honeypot value before you publish the form.

This workflow handles personal data. Update your privacy page and keep a retention rule.
AI output can be wrong. Use it to sort and summarise, never to reject.
We do not ship an importable n8n JSON file. A file that has not been tested against your n8n version would be a guess.
